      Currently a story can only track issues in one project. If the story were tracking a cross-product effort, it would be useful to open subtasks in the different projects, all of which point back to the parent story.

      Having subtasks initially appear in the project of the parent would be fine since that is the common case. It would be enough to be able to move the tasks to another project after creation.
