"Set my JIRA home to" functionality in JIRA user menu is broken in OnDemand

GreenHopper adds an option to JIRA's profile menu called "Use Agile by Default". Once this is turned on, there's additional options in the menu to choose between Dashboard, Administration, Issue Navigator, and Agile.

This is broken in OnDemand... the menu heading that should say "Set my JIRA home to" says instead "my.jira.home.section.label" and all four links underneath it give Tomcat 404 errors.
