Keyboard shortcut not working on OnDemand

The following keyboard shortcuts are not working on OnDemand:

• 'j' after searching for bunch of issues, although 'k' works like a charm;

• '/' for Quick Search doesn't work on Jira OnDemand;

Note: all the steps on the "Using Keyboard Shortcuts" documentation where followed.
