Description

When you go to "View Issue" screen and try to click "View Workflow" link, the following error message occured: "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.".

This happens, if workflow name contains special symbols (for example "&"), which are not url encoded into link to "/getThumbnail?workflowName=" page.
