Description
I confirm that we have this issue on IE9, and a very similar issue with IE8 on my test instance with 1K projects defined.
Customer report:
When creating an issue, I cannot scroll through the projects using the scrollbar. I CAN use the scroll wheel on my mouse to scroll through the projects. This is using Internet Explorer 9. It does work ok using Google Chrome.
Additionally, when actually selecting a project, Internet Explorer gives a message about a script on this page is causing your web browser to run slowly, and gives the option to stop running the script.
I was planning on upgrading from 4.3 to 5.01, and experience this problem on a test run of the upgrade. This issue prevents us from upgrading.
Edit:
I've also heard a report of this affecting the Components chooser.
