jqlQuery textarea hides components as profile menu and issue creation dialog (Internet explorer 8)

Hi,

The jqlQuery textarea hides other components as profile menu, issue creation dialog.

Internet explorer 8 : 8.0.7601.17514
It works with firefox and chrome and IE 9
It also works fine on IE 8 without compatibility mode

To reproduce the error:
Display the issue navigator in advanced search mode
Open the profile menu
-> The jqlQuery textarea hides a part of the menu.
