Slow request can cause enter to delete text in the comment field if I have entered in an @ symbol

    Description

      1. Create a user called admin.
      2. Enable slowmo mode and set the timeout of 5 seconds. JAC was seeing this kind of response time.
      3. In the comment field type in: @a
      4. Type in a space and some random text before the 5 seconds has elapsed.
      5. (BUG) When then request comes back it will suggest "admin" as a match even though it does not make any sense any longer (reported in JRA-27635)
      6. (BUG) Select the user. The text you just entered will be deleted.
