Hitting Back button on page after admin dialog takes you back two pages.

    Description

      1. Go to "Admin Summary Page".
      2. Click on "Issue Type Screen Schemes". You are now on the "View Issue Type Screen Scheme Page".
      3. Add a new "Issue Type Screen Scheme" through the dialog.
      4. (BUG) Click the back button in your browser. Notice that you are on the "Admin Summary Page". I would expect to be redirected back to the "View Issue Type Screen Scheme Page" instead..
