Javascript updates are ignored in "Create Issue" popup window. I will try to give more details below.

I develop a customfield plugin. The output of the customfield edit velocity template contains both html and javascript.

SETUP:
there are 2 customfields (let's say, named fA and fB) defined in Jira - one for issue type A and the other for issue type B respectively.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Start creating issue of type A in popup window. The customfield fA works correctly. Html rendered, javascript executed, no problem.
2. In the same popup window, change the issue type to B. Jira tries to show the customfield fB, the velocity macro is run again. The html part produced by the velocity is rendered correctly. But the new generated javascript is ignored, it is not executed.

NOTES: this bug only appeared in the latest Jira 5.0 release version. I tested with 5.0-rc3 - it worked well.
