Labels, Resolve Issue, Close Issue dialogs do not show proper error message when the issue they are launched for is deleted.

1. As a JIRA User View an issue, Launch any dialog for Action like

Labels, Resolve Issue, Close issue

2. In another window, delete the same issue. Submit the dialog launched in Step1.

Three actions listed above, do not show proper message/dialog as shown by other action dialogs.
