Get Huge exception in the logs if a remote link is associated with a server we cannot connect to.

1. Create an application link to another JIRA server.
2. Create an issue link to the other JIRA server.
3. Shutdown the other JIRA server.
4. (BUG) Refresh the issue with the link. Notice that the page says "Failed to load" and the logs have an exception of the form exception.log.

Also happens when the remote Application is Connie.

I would consider this senario to be quite common. We should be displaying a message on the UI that indicates communication is down.

Dumping this message in the logs is just noise in its current form. It might be okay to dump a single line but I would rather not. If the message on the UI is good enough an admin should be able to track things down. We can dump a full log in debug mode maybe
