      https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-26570 fixes an issue that allows deleting an issue type screen scheme when it's assigned to a project.

      We should have fixed the bug, however it's possible that it will occur again. The system should be resilient to such issues. Currently a NullPointerException that prevents the user from fixing the system. They have to enter an SQL statement (see the KB attached to the above case).
