Display information in workflow transition

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Allow administrator to add information on workflow transition diagram like :

      • date of transition
      • Username
      • etc.

      There is a plugin which can provide this feature but I think that's better to add it directly in Jira.
