IE8 Giving SSL Mixed Content Warning when creating/edit issue

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      When creating/editing an issue under a JIRA configured for SSL, we end up with a mixed content warning. We only get this warning when when using quick create/edit.

      1. Restore mixed_content_warning.zip.
      2. Configured JIRA for SSL.
      3. Change the base URL to match your setup.
      4. Login as admin/admin.
      5. (BUG) Try and create an issue. YOu get a mixed content warning.

      This does not happen under IE9.
