Link Colour and Link Active Colour in look and feel not being applied across all links

      As per the screenshots attached we have set our Link colour and Link Active Colours in the look and feel.

      However have noticed that the following areas do not seem to apply the settings:

      1) Issues tab does not apply Link Active Colours
      2) Activity stream ignores all.
      3) Gadgets do not seem to apply Link Active Colours and sometimes ignore the Link colour
