Drop down menus from top tabs don't work in IE9 because compatibility mode is forced when Jira is added as intranet.

    Description

      When Jira is added as Intranet zone on Internet Explorer, compatibility mode is enabled. Since Jira doesn't work properly with compatibility view, it shows some drop downs expropriated.

      here goes an ticket to exemplify it.
