Set radio button for remaining work estimate when entered

When logging work to an issue, there is a field to set a new estimate. This field should automatically set the radio buttons to 'Set a new estimate'. Numerous times have I logged work, set a new estimate but forgotten to change the radio buttons, so it guesses for me instead.
