Chrome Zoom levels cause description fields to shrink

If you are using Chrome and you set your zoom level to over 140%, the description field will shrink when you type in it.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start Chrome
2) Log into Jira
3) Click "Create Issue" in the upper right hand corner and select a project and type, click create
4) Click settings in the upper right hand corner (the little wrench)
5) Click the + next to zoom twice (you should end up at 144%)
6) Scroll down to the Description field and start typing

Noticed results:

The Description field starts to shrink vertically as you type.

Expected results:

The Description field should not shrink vertically.

I tried this on FireFox 6.0 and was unable to reproduce the issue there
