Description
When running the JIRA .bin installer on a Solaris system the following error message comes up:
Unpacking JRE ... unpack200: Cannot find /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 ./atlassian-jira-4.4-x64.bin: line 427: 1499: Killed unpack200: Cannot find /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 ./atlassian-jira-4.4-x64.bin: line 427: 1501: Killed unpack200: Cannot find /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 ./atlassian-jira-4.4-x64.bin: line 427: 1503: Killed Starting Installer ... java: Cannot find /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 ./atlassian-jira-4.4-x64.bin: line 466: 1517: Killed
This could be confusing to customers in thinking that the installer should work on a Solaris system, when it has not been designed to do so. It would be good if a proper error message popped up for Solaris users saying that the installer was intended for Linux systems only.
