      Great addition, the automatic upgrade !
      It would be slightly more handy if the files, which have been modified are copied to some directory, ready to be reapplied.
      Now we need to extract them from the backup and reapply.
      Alternatively is to format the 'modifications' file in such a way that the modified files can be extracted right away from the backup.

      Currenntly the list has some additional comments
      (Eventually prepend the comments with # or something, we can then script the extraction)
