REST login and REST logout is broken because Seraph wont keeps its nose out of the way

Seraph rightly gives you a 401 when the session is invalid

However if you are trying to REST login and logout, it prevents the call from ever completing.

And Bonfire for example cannot clear the JSESSIONID and hence can never recover
