Recursive filters crashes JIRA

Recursive filter crashes JIRA.
Replication steps (These steps look not real but it is simple to reproduce it. Real cases are more complex and not very understandable w/o knowing our configuration):

1. Create filter "issuetype = Defect". Save as "FilterA".
2. Create another filter "filter = FilterA". Save as "FilterB".
3. Edit filter "FilterA". "filter = FilterA". When you edit it and press "Search" button there is no error message about recursion and "Save" link is shown. Save it.
   When save this filter log shows:

4. Run filter "FilterB". JIRA crashes.
