    Description

      I want to search across a JIRA instance, for textual references to JIRA keys that are in another JIRA instance.

      If I search on the following:

      I get no results, and the following message:

      Issue Does Not Exist

      The issue you are trying to view does not exist.

      If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary permissions.

      If there are no matching JIRAs, then I would like JIRA to resort to the following JQL:

      text ~ "FE-3626"
