Usability: Frother control doesn't scroll to end of the list to show the message.

Steps:
1. Suppose user has 100 component starting with <test****>
2. Login to JIRA and select "Create Issue".
3. From the first field tab to component field. Type <test>.

Result:
1. User can see some results and scroll to select the desired one. The list shows the first 15 and keep on looping, hence the user never sees the text <x more options, continue typing to refine further>
