The 'Fix For Versions' field is missing when editing an issue. The field is visible when creating the issue, but not when editing. I've tried toggling the field visibility using the Issue Fields page in the Issue Settings section. I've tried reseting to defaults, the behaviour still persists. This is running the Standalone version of Enterprise Edition 2.4.1-#55 on MySQL as a service.

This is an absolute blocker for us. I had hoped to transition from 2.3 to 2.4.1 this weekend.
