Trackback Links does not work in JIRA 4.3.x with Confluence 3.5.x

Here are the following steps on how to reproduce this problem:
Using JIRA 4.3.x:

1. Log in to JIRA
2. Create a sample issue in Testing project (e.g:TST-1 - http://localhost:8071/browse/TST-1)
3. Go to Administration -> Global Settings -> Trackbacks and make sure that 'Accept Incoming Trackback Pings' is being set to ON
4. Startup Confluence 3.5.x server
5. Create a sample page in a testing space
6. Navigate to Browse -> Confluence Admin -> Configuration -> General Configuration
7. Check on 'Trackback' option
8. Use this link - http://10.60.1.173:8071/browse/TST-1 and paste it to the Confluence page that just being created
9. Go back to JIRA page and click on Refresh

No trackback ping is shown at all. Bidirectional Application Links using Trusted Apps have already being set up on both JIRA and Confluence and yet, not working. This problem does not happen using any Confluence version of 3.4.x and below with JIRA 4.2.x and below. See this screenshot:
