Description
After upgrade to JIRA 4.3, the option "More actions -> Attach Screenshot" still appearing and apparently working. However, after the attachment procedure is finished, the screenshoot is not saved. There're no specific error on the logs, but sometimes this message is logged:

This behavior happens ONLY in the 4.3 version.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create an issue.
- Click on "More Actions" -> "Attach Screenshot"
- Attach a screenshoot and realize that no new file has been attached to the ticket.
It happens in all browsers able to use that option. Tested on IE8.
