Hi,

currently it is only possible to add single URL fields to an issue type as documented in http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Adding+a+Custom+Field

In some circumstances, there are different URLs which are related to the issue. Pre-definition of "URL1", URL2, URL3 to to catch this is not useful.

Therefor a new field Type "multi URL Fields" might be useful which can be filled / added dynamically as like subtasks but also have the URL validation.

Perhaps it might also be useful to implement an automatism, which greps all links posted in the comments below and will show them up on top in a "URLs" section as like "issue links" and "Subtasks"
