Components tooltip should show the description of the component, and not the component name itself

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When you hover over a component name in the Components drop-down, the tooltip that appears merely repeats the component name, instead of displaying the description for the component.
