LDAP anonymous bind is not allowed in JIRA v4.3

    Description

      The partial LDAP support in JIRA v4.2 and earlier allowed users to bind anonymously to LDAP.

      This is currently not allowed in JIRA v4.3
      This needs to be fixed in two places:

      • The Add/Edit Directory Admin page needs to allow anonymous bind (for both LDAP and delegated LDAP)
      • The User upgade tasks need to allow anonymous bind.
