Announcement banner text font is blurry in Issue Page using IE 8

      Announcement banner text become blurry when viewing Issue Page using Internet Explorer 8. Please refer to the image shown below:

      This problem only happen in:

      1. Issue page
      2. JIRA 4.2.x (Tested with JIRA 4.1.2, JIRA 4.2 and JIRA 4.2.2 )
      3. IE 8 ( Tested with Chrome 8, Firefox 3.6.13 and IE8)
