Include a workflow post-function that allows one to assign an issue to a user based on group or role that the reporter is a member of.

We want to assign a newly created issue to user A when the reporter is in group G (or role R), or assign it to user B when the reporter is in group H (or role S), else use the default assignment rules.

To meet this need, we are going to try writing our own custom post-function. It would be nice if it were included in the product.
