AJP port is a bad default in JIRA 4.2

During a clean up of the standalone server.xml the example line of AJP connectedness was changed to 8089.

The default port is 8009 and it was this before 4.2.

We need to change the example back to the standard port because it is causing support cases and will in the future if we dont change it back.
