Keyboard shortcut - Operations Dialog (DOT ".")is not working with French Keyboard

Operation Dialog (DOT) shortcut is not working with certain keyboard language such as French which "." (DOT) need to be press using combination of "SHIFT + ;".

Tested language:

• US
• Romaji
• Hiragana
• French
• German
• Italian
• Dutch
• Finnish
• Arabic

Languages that do not working:

• French
• Italian

Apart from that, both "SHIFT + ," and "SHIFT + :" open keyboard shortcuts page in these problem's language.
