Screenshot attach always takes you to manage attachments.

After attaching a screenshot you are always taken to manage attachments. This happens:

• From COG menu on dashboard [What should happen: back to dashboard].
• From COG menu on the navigator [back to navigator].
• From Operations Dialog on the issue [back to issue].
• From Operations Dialog on the navigator [back to navigator].
