We currently use TeamCity as our continuous integration server. We would like the ability to integrate Jira with TeamCity similar to the functionality that currently exists between Jira and Bamboo.

Are there any plans to implement similar functionality with Jira and TeamCity? If there are no current plans to provide this type of integration, then how could we go about writing a plug-in to accomplish this same functionality?
