      Problem Definition

      As a user I would like to be able to search and return sub-tasks in the results where the parent issue meets certain criteria. For example:

      parent = CRM-46 AND parent.assignee = mminicki

      Suggested Solution

      Provide a JQL function (and API) allowing to search for issues where the sub-task meets certain criteria.
