import into excel with web query

      Replication steps :

      1. open a blank excel, go to Data > Import External Data > New Web Query,
      2. Paste in the url for a saved filter in the Address field, e.g http://localhost:8080/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=10000
      3. in Jira 4, only allow whole page selected, Jira 3 allow different tables selected
