Bulk attachment Delete or Download

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When viewing a JIRA ticket's file attachments you must select each attachment individually to either download or delete.

      From a usability perspective if you have a number of files you would like to either download or delete, this can be time consuming having to select Download or Delete - Delete for each file.

      Would be better if you were able to check each of the items, than select either download or delete once.

            There no solution for cloud.  Please re-open this issue until  there is a solution.  Generally speaking this is a problem in almost all Jira issues, you can not say the issue is resolved if the solution does not apply to both cloud and server.  In doing so, you leave out a huge about of the customer base.

            It is hidden at the moment, as it is under review.

            Before the app is approved by Atlassian, we recommend to install it in test environment before installing on the production server.

            Concerning that this has been a logged issue since 2013.
            Anyway to add weight to the development request. As most emails do have logos etc in the body of an email these are added as attachements which then make it time consuming to scroll past all of them to get to the comments or Activity details of the issue. Even if the ability to shrink from view the attachment section.

            You can try our add-on Smart Attachments, which allows you to download the archive with attachments from the appropriate category within JIRA issue.
            You can download the add-on from https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.stiltsoft.jira.smart-attachments. The add-on also features other enhancements for attachment management such as renaming attached files, grouping and categorizing attachments.
