Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
JIRA currently limits the "Create vs Resolved Issues Report" to 300 day for daily reporting. This is too short. Many of our new product projects are in development for a year or more. In order to show "open" issues vs. time, need to gather data since the first bug was entered in a particular project. This is 354 days for "X" JIRA project. I would like to compare daily open trend with "Y", I need to view 1204 days.
As a work around, I could view weekly data but I don't see why can't select more than 300 days in report. I should be able to enter a arbitrary number which is only limited by the number of days to the earliest bug in the project.
