Error displayed when accessing version workload report without logging-in

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select any project that you have and go to Browse project
2. In the Reports menu select version Workload report
3. Select a version, click on Next
4. A report is produced and displayed
5. Now, copy the URL of this report
6. Open another browser , paste the URL - the report will be displayed
7. Log off from JIRA completely, from all browsers if you have more than one. Open a new browser, paste the URL.
8. The error will be shown. Instead of the error there should be the login screen.
