Exception is thrown when clicking "Delete" issue button a second time

The problem can be easily reproduced:

1. Access some issue
2. Click on "More Actions" and then "Delete"
3. Click on "Delete" button
4. Before the action is fully performed by server, click "Delete" button again

I think it may happen in other actions too!

Possible Solution for this:
When clicking any action button, it should disable the button.
This way, it'll prevent any further clicks on the button to cause exceptions.
