View issue layout broken by wiki markup in comments - people and dates box shown in footer

To replicate:

1. Turn on wiki markup on comment field
2. Add a comment that has a url followed immediately by a noformat block e.g. http://jira.atlassian.com{noformat}bam{noformat}
3. The layout will break
