After the work in ~~JRA-21322~~ (which was a result of JRA-21005 that enabled httpOnly cookies in standalone JIRA) I noticed a problem with IE6:

For some reason the IE6 session is getting stomped on by tomcat. In practice this means

1) If you have "Remember Me" checked then the user doesn't notice anything.
2) If you don't have "Remember Me" checked then the screenshot gets attached properly but when you are redirected to the Manage Attachments page you get logged out.
