    Description

      Jira 4.1.1 generates issue screens with very wide minimum widths. Using JRA-4482 as an example, when I set the window to 1000 pixels wide, it still demands horizontal scrolling. This is a much larger minimum-page-width than the previous version of Jira I used.

      In general, generated pages should avoid any minimum page width, so the user can set his browser as he likes it.
