Upgrade Link in 4.1 Installer is Broken

      http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v4.1/upgrading.html doesn't work and it is linked on the second screen of the 4.1 installer.

      I'd paste in a screenshot, but you JIRA doesn't have that feature when when creating an issue.
