Attribute STRING_VAL from BATCH_JOB_PARAMS table should be longer

      Attribute STRING_VAL varchar(250) from BATCH_JOB_PARAMS table should be longer, perhaps 500? no length.

      It require change the sql scripts provided in spring-batch-core
