Can't vote for issues in JIRA 4.1-rc1

If I try to vote for an issue right now on http://jira.atlassian.com/, either by using the icon next to the vote total or the drop-down menu item, I get the following error dialog:

"Error occurred while voting. Please reload this issue and try again."

Reloading the issue and trying again does not help.
