The issue view in locks up scrolling until the issue has finished loading

When loading an issue with a lot of information in JIRA 4.1-rc1 (like, say, JRA-3821) the issue cannot be scrolled for up to 8-10 seconds. In JIRA 4.0, the issue would take only a second or two to load and was able to be scrolled immediately. This long wait time until you can scroll is a significant usability issue.
