0. We really need a proper link to release notes or a roadmap at least, and source to evaluate an EAP release

1. This is really ugly and doesn't add much. In fact it's just a distraction when looking through large logs. Can it be reduced somewhat?

2. What is the difference between Start Progress, Resolve Issue and Workflow? Is Workflow just all workflow operations after the first two, perhaps?

3. Making Created and Updated more visible in the View Issue screen is great, thanks.

4. Why is a user Not Available in the new Sessions page?
